Recor Medical, Inc. is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Solutions Administrator to lead SharePoint Online and Power Platform governance, automation, and optimization across the organization.

You will partner with stakeholders to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and modernize business processes in a highly technical role. The position focuses on administering SharePoint Online, building Power Apps and Power Automate flows, and ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SharePoint Online administration in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• 3+ years of Power Platform experience, focusing on Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience managing permissions, site configurations, libraries, and user support in SharePoint Online.
• Familiarity with PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration tasks.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and configurations.
• Monitor SharePoint Online for glitches, errors, and performance issues; troubleshoot to minimize disruptions.
• Manage site layouts and metadata; customize pages to meet department needs.
• Analyze user activity to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain records of updates and activity for audits and reporting.
• Provide technical support to SharePoint users and stakeholders.
• Maintain SharePoint security and sharing controls; ensure policy adherence.
• Support content organization, migration, and metadata management.
• Collaborate with business teams to apply SharePoint to objectives; deliver training.
