Job summary

SHI International Corp in the United States is seeking a Microsoft Inside Account Manager to drive day-to-day operational management of Microsoft customer accounts, coordinating quotes, orders, contracts, and entitlements.

You will partner with Licensing Strategists to support retention and growth, deliver accurate pricing, manage transactional requests, and ensure compliance with licensing programs across CSP, EA, and MPSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience providing Microsoft Volume Licensing sales support.
• Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational extension for Microsoft account management, handling licensing, quoting, ordering, and admin activities.
• Prepare and validate Microsoft quotes across CSP, EA, MPSA, and other licensing programs.
• Coordinate order placement, contract processing, and entitlement submissions to ensure accurate execution.
• Collaborate with Licensing Strategists and cross-functional teams to support retention and growth.
