Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Microsoft Inside Account Manager to manage day-to-day Microsoft account operations. You will prepare, validate, and deliver quotes across CSP, EA, MPSA and other programs, while coordinating orders and entitlements to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.

You will work closely with Licensing Strategists and Customer Success Managers to maintain strong customer relationships, drive retention, and enable strategic licensing guidance and financial event execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in Account Management or Sales support, especially for licensing.
• Experience providing Microsoft Volume Licensing sales support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational extension of Licensing Strategist for Microsoft accounts.
• Handle licensing quotes, ordering, and administrative activities across CSP/EA/MPSA.
• Coordinate contract processing, entitlements, and fulfillment with stakeholders.
• Validate pricing, eligibility, and documentation; ensure timely, compliant execution.
