Zusammenfassung

CDW is seeking a Microsoft infrastructure support engineer to assist Managed Services customers. You will diagnose and resolve Copilot, M365, and related MS tech issues in a fast-paced, case-driven environment.

Collaborate with peers, document resolutions, and engage Microsoft for escalations as needed. The role requires hands-on MS tech experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle on-call rotations while traveling as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years of experience engineering support OR, 7 years of engineering support experience required.
• 3+ years of Microsoft support experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft technologies, with strong knowledge of Copilot and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting Azure, Exchange, Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, or Intune.
• Professional experience in customer service, requirements gathering, task execution, troubleshooting, problem solving, and crisis escalation.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a trusted technical support resource for customers experiencing Microsoft infrastructure and cloud issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues involving Copilot, Microsoft 365, Core Infrastructure, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Manage service requests through a case queue and provide timely status updates.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and incident details in tracking systems.
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and escalate to Microsoft when needed.
• Participate in On-Call rotation and travel as needed.
