Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to support the organization's core on-premises infrastructure with a focus on Active Directory, domain controller administration, SCCM, patch management, and enterprise server operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing physical and virtual Windows servers, serve as a key escalation point for complex infrastructure issues, and collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to maintain domain management,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise Windows Server infrastructure.
• Experience with Active Directory, including domain management, user administration, and Group Policy.
• Experience managing physical and virtual Domain Controllers within enterprise environments.
• Experience performing Windows patch management, security updates, and server maintenance.
• Experience supporting SCCM/MECM environments including software deployment and endpoint management.
• Experience with LDAP authentication and directory services administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience serving as a technical escalation point for infrastructure incidents and production issues.
• VMware vCenter administration experience - basic level knowledge.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Experience with out-of-band management technologies (Dell iDRAC, HP iLO, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support the organization's core on-premises infrastructure with a primary focus on Active Directory, domain controller administration, SCCM, patch management, and enterprise server operations.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to support domain management, group policy administration, disaster recovery initiatives, and infrastructure maintenance across legacy and modern technologies.
