Job summary

Hagerty is seeking a Lead Software Engineer, Dynamics & Power Platform, to drive design and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and Power Platform. You will lead a small, hands-on team and set engineering standards across CI/CD, governance, and best practices.

You’ll mentor engineers, collaborate with architects and PMs, and ensure alignment with business requirements while practicing Agile/Scrum in a primarily US-based team setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and delivery of scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers; conduct code reviews and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers and Scrum masters to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, governance and CI/CD pipelines.
