Job summary

CFS in Denver, CO is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to own and optimize a critical Dynamics 365 environment across the organization.

You will configure security, build workflows and reports, and integrate Power Platform tools to drive data quality, automation, and strategic insights for multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRM administration experience, including Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Strong background in Dynamics security administration, data management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
• Manage security, user access, permissions, licensing, and governance.
• Build and enhance workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Support integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reporting.
• Lead data management initiatives including imports, migrations, reporting, and data hygiene.
