Job summary

Frontline Source Group in Irving, TX is seeking a CRM Administrator to act as the internal SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related Microsoft platforms. You will drive adoption, improve workflows, and support business performance through technology.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical configuration skills with excellent communication and stakeholder support abilities to partner with sales and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administration experience required.
• Experience configuring forms, views, workflows, security roles, dashboards, and automations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Excel.
• Experience supporting CRM integrations with ERP or marketing platforms preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical CRM configurations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across multiple business functions
• Configure entities, forms, fields, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and views
• Manage CRM users, permissions, security roles, environments, and system settings
• Provide hands‑on support and troubleshooting for CRM users across departments
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility and performance tracking
• Support CRM integrations with ERP systems including IntelliDealer and Dynamics Customer Insights
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors on CRM initiatives
• Drive CRM adoption, user engagement, and process consistency throughout the organization
• Monitor data quality, system integrity, duplication management, and reporting accuracy
• Document CRM configurations, enhancements, processes, and platform updates
• Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform best practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and long‑term CRM platform development

CRM Administrator Role:

As the CRM Administrator, you will serve as the internal subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related Microsoft platforms.
