Job summary

Proven Recruiting in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a D365 CRM Administrator to own and evolve our Dynamics 365 CRM platform in a hybrid role. You will collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into scalable configurations, governance, and data quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with Microsoft 365/SharePoint, 3+ years Dynamics CRM, and hands-on Power Platform experience. You’ll drive requirements, build workflows, and support integrations across Microsoft 365,

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• 3+ years Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience including workflows, permissions, data management.
• Experience gathering requirements and communicating with stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Dynamics 365 CRM including admin, configuration, security, governance, troubleshooting, data quality, and roadmap development.
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, build forms, workflows, automation, reporting, and functionality that supports end-to-end operations.
• Lead SharePoint administration and governance while supporting integrations between CRM, Microsoft 365, monday.com, and other platforms via APIs and automation tools.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and cloud-based business applications, including Sharepoint
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), including workflows, permissions, or data management
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, documenting solutions, and communicating with stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI

What you’ll do:

• Own and continuously improve the organization's Dynamics 365 CRM environment, including administration, configuration, security, governance, troubleshooting, data quality initiatives, and roadmap development.

What does this position pay?

The expected range for this role is $85,000 to $110,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
