As a D365 Functional Solution Architect, you will...
- Act as Functional Solution Architect (FSA) on projects implementing various modules of D365 for Finance and Operations.
- Lead the D365 Finance/Project Accounting Workstream.
- Perform the Solution Advisory/Solution Architect role during the analysis phase of a D365 F&O implementation.
- Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA) workshops.
- Estimate enterprise-level projects accurately, including resources and skillsets required.
- Create Solution Blueprint documents and perform Fit/Gap analysis.
- Serve as solution advisor during design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Ensure testing and issue resolution processes are in place, focusing on functional architecture and integration points.
- Finalize and approve functional specifications, test scripts, and deployment plans.
- Ensure comprehensive training for client success in application use and maintenance.
- Act as escalation point for support issues during and post-project.
- Adhere to and improve implementation methodologies; share best practices.
- Travel as required by client and business needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 F&O implementations, deployment, and architecture of enterprise systems.
- Experience in assessment, analysis, business case development, planning, deployment, and benefits analysis.
- Strong ERP knowledge, especially in finance, project management, and accounting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into architectural solutions.
- Hands-on experience with multi-phase, multi-country implementations.
- Proven ability to deliver business value at an executive level.
- Trusted decision-maker.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of ISV solutions.
- Ability to switch between high-level architecture review and detailed application delivery tasks.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
