We are seeking a Microsoft D365 ERP Technical Architect to join our team at PwC. This role involves leading technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions, supervising and mentoring team members, managing client service accounts, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with Dynamics 365 CE or F&O teams
• Leading technical design sessions
• Designing and documenting technical solutions
• Supervising and mentoring team members
• Managing client service accounts and engagement workstreams
• Collaborating with developers, testers, and PMO
• Delivering high-quality implementations

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years of experience in relevant fields
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge of D365 F&O modules such as Trade and Logistics
• Experience with D365 Sales, Marketing, Service, and previous versions of Dynamics CRM
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience leading technical design sessions and delivering solutions through the lifecycle
