Our end user client is seeking an experienced D365 F&O Solution Architect to lead their upcoming transformation program, designing and overseeing their architectural strategy.

The role is primarily remote but requires on-site presence in Illinois approximately 1-2 weeks per month.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect on D365 implementations, including leading senior D365 resources.
• Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365.
• Broad expertise in Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Relevant certifications in technology architecture, digital transformation, manufacturing technology, or project management are advantageous.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technical architects.
• Oversee D365 application, integration, and data architecture within the transformation project.
• Develop and sustain the transformation architecture strategy using Microsoft Dynamics and other emerging technologies to align with future business goals.
• Design solutions to transition legacy systems into scalable, flexible, and adaptable future state architectures.
• Establish governance frameworks for consistent management across the organization.
• Build and lead a solution architect team to configure Dynamics, identify extensions, and manage legacy and third-party integrations.
