D365- Technical Lead/ Technical Architect

Role Overview

Location: Remote

Mandatory Skills: Customization & Configuration of D365 Customer Service Module, mapping business requirements to product features, workflows, triggers, Power Automate, JavaScript, PCF technology, Azure services, .NET framework, Azure functions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Design and implement end-to-end architecture for D365 solutions.
2. Lead technical development efforts, including customizations, integrations, and migrations.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
4. Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and security of D365 applications.
5. Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Azure services, .NET, and third-party integrations.
6. Drive technical governance.
7. Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to coding and deployment standards.

Job Requirements

• Extensive experience configuring & customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE or Field Service) architecture and development.
• Experience with PCF technology and its implementations.
• Experience in Plugins, Workflows, Custom Pages, and Model-driven design and development.
• Proficiency in Dataverse, API integrations, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model and leading teams to complete sprint goals.
• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical teams.

Applications accepted until 5/19/2025. The annual salary ranges from $145,000 to $170,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The role is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program.
