Job summary

Paragon Micro Incorporated is seeking an experienced Microsoft Licensing Specialist to join our Cloud & Orchestration team. You will act as a trusted advisor on CSP licensing, support quotes, renewals, and licensing strategy for customers and internal teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex licensing concepts to both technical and business audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years supporting Microsoft licensing programs, cloud subscriptions, or licensing operations.
• 3+ years with CSP licensing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs and subscription models.
• Experience quoting, renewals, and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Microsoft licensing, CSP focus.
• Advise internal teams and customers on licensing options and requirements.
• Determine appropriate licensing solutions based on environment and business needs.
• Support licensing for Microsoft cloud offerings (M365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Windows).
• Review environments to identify licensing approaches and optimization opportunities.
• Assist with licensing quotes, configurations, renewals, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance and technical teams.
• Keep current with Microsoft licensing programs and policy changes.
• Develop internal docs, processes, and best practices.
