Job summary

iManage is seeking a Partner Sales Manager for Microsoft to own and drive joint programs, co-sell motions, and marketplace activities worldwide. This hands-on role partners with Microsoft teams to translate strategy into measurable pipeline and revenue.

You will coordinate across sales, marketing, and product, deliver enablement, manage multi‑region engagements, and optimize processes to scale partner-led growth while maintaining focus on Azure, Copilot, and Enterprise opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology, with a Microsoft alliance/co-sell track record
• Deep understanding of Microsoft field coverage model and decision processes in SME & Enterprise
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, O365, AI, Copilot platforms
• Proven ability to build and scale partner-led and co-sell motions that drive revenue

Responsibilities

• Define and execute co-sell strategy across the Microsoft portfolio
• Develop and maintain senior relationships with Microsoft sales and marketing
• Represent iManage at Microsoft events and customer/partner forums
• Translate Microsoft priorities (AI, Copilot) into joint motions for activation
