Job summary

iManage is seeking a hands-on PartnerSales Manager to drive the Microsoft alliance and co-sell motions on a global scale. You will serve as the operational engine, ensuring initiatives run smoothly, tracked effectively, and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will work remotely with occasional travel to local offices and events, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate Microsoft priorities into joint actions that accelerate revenue and pipeline.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology with alliance or co-sell leadership.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft field coverage and enterprise decision processes.
• Proven track record building and scaling partner-led revenue in multi-region contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute cosell strategy and joint go-to-market with Microsoft globally.
• Build senior relationships across Microsoft sales, marketing, and partner orgs.
• Drive field enablement and training programs for iManage and Microsoft teams.
• Define KPIs for Microsoft-influenced revenue, co-sell pipeline, and partner-led leads.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with insights and progress updates.
