Job summary

ZS Associates seeks a Manager to lead delivery of high‑impact digital programs powered by Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Copilot. This role requires 8+ years in life science management consulting and a proven ability to drive large-scale digital initiatives across US and India.

You will mentor delivery managers, shape digital strategy with Microsoft technologies, and ensure governance, risk mitigation, and client alignment in a hybrid work model requiring travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in life science industry management consulting.
• Extensive experience in leading large-scale digital programs.
• Strong expertise in digital transformation methodologies and delivery models.
• Proven track record in training and mentoring delivery managers.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks in large-scale digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise-Scale Microsoft Delivery Initiatives using Azure AI, Power Platform, Fabric, and Copilot.
• Drive Adoption of Microsoft’s Next-Gen Stack in client solutions.
• Operationalize AI at Scale with safe, scalable frameworks across business processes.
• Own Microsoft-Stack business development for digital programs.
• Lead end-to-end execution of AI-enabled and Power Platform-driven programs.
