Job summary
Techstra Solutions is seeking an experienced AI Practice Lead to shape and scale our Microsoft AI and Intelligent Automation portfolio. You will drive strategy, client engagements, and delivery excellence across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure services, and related tools in a fast‑growing consulting setting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, solution architecture, digital transformation, or intelligent automation.
- 3+ years leading AI, automation, or emerging technology initiatives.
- Deep expertise within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud Services.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Microsoft AI practice.
- Build service offerings, accelerators, methodologies, and go-to-market strategies focused on AI, automation, and intelligent business applications.
- Establish governance, delivery standards, architecture frameworks, and AI adoption best practices.
- Monitor emerging Microsoft AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to client needs.
- Develop practice KPIs, revenue targets, utilization metrics, and growth strategies.
