Job summary

Heartland Business Systems LLC is seeking a Microsoft 365 Trainer I to deliver high-impact, scenario-based Microsoft 365 and Copilot training to customers. You will focus on adoption, live instruction, and content creation across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and more, with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience using Microsoft 365 productivity tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, OneNote).
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to deliver live training sessions in remote and classroom settings.
• Proven ability to update materials and manage training programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 10–15 live instructor-led training sessions per week, primarily remote via Teams.
• Facilitate Microsoft 365 end-user training across multiple modules and topics.
• Deliver CIE training covering cross-application navigation and workflows.
• Create, publish, and promote training content and materials.
• Own training scheduling, calendars, and capacity management.
• Collaborate with presales, consulting, and marketing on offerings.
• Engage with user groups and Heartland communities to grow reach.
