Job summary

Digital Dojo is seeking a hands-on Microsoft 365 trainer and adoption consultant to guide Client's workforce in adopting Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related M365 productivity topics. The role includes practical enablement, live virtual classes, demos, and coaching to help users adopt modern collaboration practices.

Responsibilities include designing courses, delivering sessions, coaching individuals or teams, and staying current with M365 updates and changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience training, supporting, consulting, or enabling end users on Microsoft 365 in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, refresh, and deliver live virtual classes and workshops across M365 topics.
• Facilitate demos, Q&A, and provide follow-up resources and recordings.
• Provide 1:1 or small-group consultation and adoption coaching.
• Guide users on translating tool capabilities into better work habits and team workflows.
• Stay current on M365 updates, assess training impact, and coordinate with product/technical teams.
• Create facilitator guides, quick reference guides, and self-service resources.
• Support change enablement, campaigns, and community engagement to drive adoption.
