Job summary
Harcros Chemicals seeks a Microsoft Systems Administrator to manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Defender security. You will configure licensing, governance, and migrations while delivering automation via Power Apps and Power Automate.

Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS (or equivalent work exp).
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory/Entra ID, Power Apps, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Exchange.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the Microsoft 365 environment, including configuration, licensing, governance, and platform management.
- Manage Microsoft 365 licensing, utilization, and renewal optimization to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Administer Exchange Online, including mail flow, security, shared resources, retention, and related policies.
- Administer SharePoint Online and OneDrive, including site architecture, permissions, external sharing, storage, and content lifecycle management.
- Administer Microsoft Teams, including governance, access, meetings, voice, applications, and Teams Phone.
- Support migrations of file shares and legacy content to SharePoint Online and Teams, including planning, permissions, cutover, and user readiness.
- Administer Microsoft 365 Copilot, including licensing, data readiness, governance, permissions, and adoption.
- Configure and maintain Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Endpoint with IT security.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to improve processes.
- Partner with business leaders to identify manual processes and propose Microsoft-based solutions.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Develop user documentation, training, and resources to support adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
