Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in the field or in related area.
• Bachelor of Science (BS) Information Systems
• Be a self-driven leader and bring ideas to improve security, automation, and user experience
• Be able to champion Microsoft 365 best practices across the organization
• Ability to build strong partnerships with Networking, Security, Legal, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders
• Innovation around improving organization Microsoft 365 security posture while enabling business productivity

Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 & Collaboration Administration: Administer, support, and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Intune, and Active Directory services while ensuring platform availability, governance, security, and user productivity
• Identity & Access Management: Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Single Sign-On (SSO), Enterprise Applications, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access Policies, and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) to deliver secure and seamless user access experiences.
• Security, Compliance & Governance: Lead Microsoft 365 security and compliance initiatives utilizing Microsoft Purview, data retention policies, information protection, compliance controls, governance frameworks, and Zero Trust security principles to continuously strengthen the organization's security posture
• SharePoint Governance, Backup & Disaster Recovery: Administer SharePoint Online governance and lifecycle management using ShareGate, manage Microsoft 365 backup and recovery solutions including Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, and maintain Semperis Active Directory resilience and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity and cyber-recovery readiness
• Automation, Innovation & Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a proactive self-starter who leverages PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency, enhance security, streamline administration, and reduce manual effort
• Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate closely with Networking, Network Security, Security Operations, Infrastructure, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable, and business-aligned technology solutions
