Valley Health System is seeking a uEHR Implementation Team focusing on Business Applications within the Microsoft Platform. The role designs, configures, and supports solutions that improve workflows, data integrity, and system usability across the Microsoft 365 suite.

The position requires collaborating with teams, supporting incidents, and participating in on‑call rotations to ensure high‑quality outcomes and smooth adoption of new features.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in information systems, application support, or related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Experience with application support, workflow analysis, and system configuration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and support application solutions to improve workflows and data integrity.
• Maintain awareness of related systems for seamless integration and operations.
• Design and deliver end-user training and support system adoption.
• Facilitate testing, test planning, execution, and validation within assigned applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solutions.
