Job summary

This role drives a multi-year roadmap for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, balancing security, cost, and user experience while partnering with IT Security and enterprise teams.

You will mentor engineers and work with vendors to deliver secure, scalable collaboration services and enable business growth across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Microsoft 365 modernization and governance programs.
• Strong collaboration with IT security, enterprise apps, and vendors.
• Ability to translate business needs into a clear platform roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for the Microsoft 365 platform with a multi-year roadmap.
• Identify gaps in reliability, cost, adoption and user experience and define initiatives.
• Establish standards for configuration, security, and operations across the environment.
• Stay ahead of the Microsoft roadmap and incorporate changes into planning.
• Advise leadership with business-focused options and trade-offs for modernization.
