Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a M365 Engineer to serve as the technical authority for our Microsoft 365 messaging, collaboration, and productivity platform. This role defines direction, standards, and a multi-year roadmap to improve service reliability, security, and user experience, while coordinating with managed services partners and Microsoft for day-to-day work.

Qualifications

4+ years supporting Microsoft messaging, collaboration, and productivity platforms — or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Hands-on mastery across Microsoft 365 — Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and tenant administration.

Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy for the Microsoft 365 platform with a clear vision and multi-year roadmap.
Drive continuous service improvement by identifying gaps in reliability, security, cost, adoption, and user experience.
Establish standards and guardrails for configuration, security, and operations that partners and Microsoft deliver against.
Lead modernization and delivery, migrations, feature rollouts, and integrations across the platform.
