Job summary

Quisitive, a leading Microsoft solutions partner, seeks a Change Management Consultant to guide clients through Copilot, Cowork, and broader Microsoft 365 adoption. You will facilitate stakeholder workshops, craft communication and training plans, and monitor adoption metrics to demonstrate tangible business value.

The role blends people skills with technology know-how, requiring collaboration with project managers, architects, and client teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of organizational change management/technology adoption experience.
• Experience with Copilot and/or Cowork change management.
• Experience supporting technology implementations in client-facing environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Purview or similar technologies.
• Understanding of ADKAR/Prosci change management frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation and active listening.
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and work independently within a delivery team.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support change management activities for Microsoft technology projects.
• Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable change plans.
• Develop and execute communication, training, sponsor engagement and reinforcement plans to drive adoption.
• Identify adoption risks early and help clients address them.
• Assist clients in adopting Copilot, Cowork and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value and role-based use cases.
• Support champion networks and AI literacy efforts across business teams.
• Define adoption success metrics and use data to adjust approaches.
