Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration and support of Office 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Provide technical support to end users in person and remotely.
• Maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and related infrastructure services.
• Respond to and resolve technical support requests within time frames.
• Document issues, resolutions and procedures for IT operations.
