Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in consulting or architecture, 2+ years in client-facing advisory, and hands-on Copilot deployment experience. Fully remote work with flexible scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, solution architecture, cloud technologies, or related roles.
• 2+ years of customer-facing consulting or advisory experience.
• Hands-on experience deploying and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Analytics, Copilot Control System, and related AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer adoption and consumption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI Agents.
• Advise clients on AI transformation, Copilot readiness, governance, security, and compliance.
• Design and support deployment of Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Drive user adoption through change management strategies, executive sponsorship, communications, and training plans.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases.
