ECLARO is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to administer and optimize the organization’s Microsoft 365 cloud environment and related services. The role focuses on Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Defender, and security best practices.

You will work with the Information Security Manager to implement approved security requirements, manage user lifecycles, and document configurations and procedures for ongoing improvements across cloud platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 or comparable enterprise cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online administration.
• Experience with identity lifecycle administration, role-based access, multifactor authentication, enterprise applications, licensing, groups, and access troubleshooting.
• Experience with endpoint enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, and device-management troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, retention, information protection, and cloud security administration.
• Experience using PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration, reporting, troubleshooting, or bulk operations.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, identity, endpoints, messaging, collaboration platforms, networks, and enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and document corrective and preventive actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple operational and project priorities.
• Ability to explain technical issues and recommendations clearly to technical staff, business stakeholders, and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Defender, and related cloud services.
• Manage user and administrator accounts, groups, licenses, authentication methods, and access across the employee lifecycle.
• Configure and maintain endpoint-management processes through Microsoft Intune.
• Maintain Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail-flow settings.
• Support identity and access technologies including MFA, enterprise applications, single sign-on, and Conditional Access configurations.
• Maintain Teams and SharePoint Online administrative settings and external-sharing configurations.
• Investigate alerts and coordinate security concerns with the Information Security Manager.
• Create system documentation, configuration standards, and troubleshooting guides.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable technology services.
• Provide advanced escalation support for complex cloud identity and collaboration issues.
