Job summary

Life Cycle Power is seeking an IT Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer to optimize and secure a growing Microsoft 365 and Azure environment. You will collaborate with IT leadership and a third‑party consultant to ensure a clean, compliant tenant, strong identity protection, and reliable user experiences across Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.

The role emphasizes identity governance, conditional access, and device management with a focus on security best practices and on‑call readiness when needed.

Qualifications

• 3 - 7 years IT or Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 identity, permissions, licensing, integrations, and email management.
• Experience configuring or supporting Entra ID identity management and MFA.
• Hands-on experience with Intune migrations, implementation, device management, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
• Worked with conditional access, device governance, and cloud security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with vendor and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud tenant for a secure, reliable, and well-governed environment.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
• Maintain Entra ID identity management, MFA, and zero-trust access controls.
• Build and maintain conditional access policies to strengthen identity protection.
• Support identity governance, security defaults, and alerts.
• Assist with Azure app registrations and SSO configurations.
• Monitor licenses and advise on purchases or changes; prepare SOWs.
• Troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow issues and message routing.
• Manage a structured SharePoint environment with permissions and governance.
• Support Intune device enrollment, Autopilot, and policy configurations across devices.
• Assist with application deployment and lifecycle across Windows and mobile.
• Prepare for upcoming email migrations and infrastructure changes.
• Collaborate with IT Security on threats and external sharing risks.
• Provide weekly reports on Microsoft 365 health and incidents.
• Create and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure documentation.
