Job summary

Colonna's Shipyard, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to manage Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies from Norfolk, VA.

The role focuses on administering Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, SharePoint Online, Defender, and related services to ensure reliability and security for business operations. You will work with the Information Security Manager, create documentation, perform escalations, and implement governance, retention, and compliance configurations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/IS or related field.
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 or equivalent cloud technologies.
Experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint Online administration.
Experience with identity lifecycle, MFA, licensing, groups, and access troubleshooting.
Experience with endpoint enrollment, compliance, configuration, app deployment, and device management.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Defender.
Manage user accounts, licenses, authentication methods, and access lifecycle.
Configure device enrollment, policies, and endpoint-management processes through Intune.
Maintain Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and mail-flow configurations.
Support security configurations including Conditional Access and Identity protection.
Maintain Teams and SharePoint admin settings and external sharing.
Provide escalation support for complex cloud/identity issues.
Document procedures, diagrams, inventories, and change records.
