Job summary

ITC WORLDWIDE is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Administrator to own the engineering, administration, and governance of our global Microsoft 365 environment. This senior individual contributor will handle Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID with hands‑on platform work and governance responsibilities.

The role requires leading migrations, automation via PowerShell, and collaboration with Microsoft and vendors to ensure a secure, auditable tenant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience administering enterprise Microsoft 365 environments at scale.
• Deep expertise across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Strong PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting across M365 workloads.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant—Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for provisioning and reporting.
• Lead migrations and backup/recovery for M365 workloads.
• Implement information governance and compliance using Microsoft Purview and participate in CAB.
