Weitz Company, a Des Moines, IA-based construction firm, is seeking a Microsoft Cloud Administrator to join our IT team. You will administer and support our Microsoft 365 cloud environment, Entra ID, Intune, and related services to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of enterprise Microsoft cloud experience, proficiency with PowerShell and Power Platform, and strong collaboration skills.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in an enterprise setting.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Power Platform governance.
• Familiarity with endpoints management and identity administration.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Monitor service health, performance, and user adoption across the ecosystem.
• Configure security, compliance, and governance settings and manage licensing.
• Support hybrid identity with AD, Entra Connect, and SSO integrations.
• Develop PowerShell automation to improve operations.
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams on risk reduction.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Assist with Windows Autopilot deployments and device lifecycle.
