Job summary

Emergent Professional Resources L.P. (EPR) in Houston, TX is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to own and optimize SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. You’ll drive provisioning, governance, and migrations while championing Copilot adoption and AI tools to boost productivity.

You will join a hands-on Systems Engineering team and work 5 days on-site, supporting cybersecurity, legal, and compliance workflows. Direct Hire opportunity with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Familiarity with site provisioning, permissions, governance, or migrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and know when to elevate.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, including settings, permissions, roles, and licensing.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues, manage changes, and automate routine tasks with PowerShell.
• Set up sites and teams using standard templates, and reduce sprawl through clear ownership and governance.
• Work with cybersecurity, legal, and compliance teams on retention, sharing, and data protection.
• Lead file-share-to-SharePoint migrations for acquired companies.
• Train and support employees on Microsoft 365 and Copilot through workshops, guides, and FAQs.
