Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Community Resource Coordinator at 91 South Lee Street, LaBelle, FL 33935 to oversee daily Resource Center operations and deliver intake, assessment, and case management services. You will build referral networks, provide digital and work-skills training, connect participants with resources and employment opportunities, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong English communication; Spanish preferred;

• Experience with intake, assessment, and case management.
• Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in documenting case notes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake services, assess needs, and connect participants with resources and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain referral networks and partnerships with community organizations.
• Deliver digital literacy training and Northstar assessments where applicable.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case management records.
• Represent Goodwill in interagency meetings, job fairs, and community events.
