Kitchens for Good is seeking a Program Navigator – Microenterprise in San Diego to guide aspiring food entrepreneurs from enrollment through completion. You’ll coordinate workshops, ensure regulatory compliance, and connect participants to resources in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and cross‑department collaboration to improve access, retention, and outcomes for participants in the Microenterprise program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years nonprofit or state agency experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of local/state small business regulations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of Microenterprise workshops and events.
• Coordinate space, materials, and technology needs.
• Support cross-department collaboration for program implementation.
• Represent the program at community events and outreach.
• Serve as primary contact for participants through enrollment to completion.
• Onboard participants and facilitate orientations and workshops.
• Help participants navigate regulatory requirements and resources.
• Maintain program records and reporting data.
