Job summary

Neighborhood Development Center seeks a Small Business Services Coordinator to manage client engagements, connect entrepreneurs with technical advisors, and track project progress. You will coordinate consultants, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain detailed records across systems.

The role supports program delivery and stakeholder reporting. The position emphasizes strong organization, communication, and collaboration across teams to empower underserved entrepreneurs and advance regional

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or program management.
• Experience in nonprofit operations or workforce development.
• Experience working with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for small business clients.
• Coordinate connections with consultants and advisors.
• Monitor client progress and ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain accurate client records in databases.
• Assist clients in navigating programs and resources.
• Coordinate external consultants and manage contracts.
• Track milestones and maintain project momentum.
• Support program planning, scheduling, and logistics.
• Represent NDC at events and partner meetings.
• Support departmental initiatives and strategic projects.
