Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader - Microelectronics to drive complete water and wastewater treatment solutions for the microelectronics sector. This role combines technical leadership with project management, owning the PFD, mass balance, and treatment guarantees while coordinating a team of process engineers.

You will lead piloting, benchmarking, and client communications, ensuring schedules, budgets, and technical risks are managed across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical preferred).
• 10+ years of process engineering experience in water, wastewater or microelectronics.
• Experience with UPW, wastewater, and reclaim treatment processes.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of ultrapure water, wastewater, or reclaim treatment solutions for microelectronics.
• Coordinate process engineers on a flow sheet and deliverables.
• Own PFD and mass balance, ensure process guarantees.
• Lead piloting, benchmarking, and treatability studies.
• Serve as technical contact with customers and internal teams.
