Job summary

Veolia's Water Technology Business in North America seeks a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader - Microelectronics to lead UPW, wastewater, and reclaim treatment design. You will own PFDs and guide cross-functional teams to deliver complete solutions for the microelectronics sector.

Strong leadership, 10+ years in process design for microelectronics, and excellent English communication are essential; a Professional Engineer license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical preferred).
• 10+ years of related experience in process design/operation of water, wastewater or reclaim treatment.
• Demonstrated experience with UPW, wastewater, and reclaim treatment processes for microelectronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complete integrated water, wastewater, or waste treatment solutions for the microelectronics market.
• Own the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and mass balance, ensuring unit operations meet requirements.
• Engage in piloting, benchmarking, and treatability studies as part of design, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Provide training and 1:1 coaching to the Process Engineering team.
