Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to learn J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
• Basic computer skills for timekeeping and instruction access.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies and products per work instructions and drawings.
• Use microscopes, measuring tools and test equipment to meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions and process documents.
• Handle small to large components with precision and magnification as needed.
• Use hand tools and pneumatic drivers to assemble and test parts.
• Maintain accurate production data entry and records.
• Collaborate with team to improve throughput and drive continuous improvement.
