Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to navigate timekeeping and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced electronics environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to learn J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610.
• Experience with electrical/micro-electronics preferred.
• Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
• High level of reliability and punctuality.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products per work instructions.
• Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and test equipment to meet quality requirements.
• Read and interpret assembly process/work instructions.
• Handle components from micro to larger sizes with precision.
• Use hand and pneumatic tools.
• Maintain accurate data entry for production processes.
• Collaborate with team to improve throughput and continuous improvement.
