Job summary

PSCI is seeking a Microelectronics Assembler Level 2 in Chelmsford, MA on a contract basis. You will assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies, using microscopes and test equipment, while following precise instructions to ensure quality.

The role requires US citizenship and an ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance, with a 4/10 schedule (M-Th 6:00–4:30). Onsite full-time work, $24.00/hr, duration until 2027-02-26. High standards for accuracy and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to navigate timekeeping and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to learn J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610.
• Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
• Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products per work instructions and drawings.
• Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and test equipment to meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret assembly processes and work instructions.
• Handle components from microscopic to larger sizes with appropriate magnification.
• Use hand tools and pneumatic tools to assemble parts.
• Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes and output.
