Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills; navigate timekeeping, instructions, and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to learn J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610.
• Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
• Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components following drawings and work instructions.
• Use microscopes and test equipment to meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret assembly processes and instructions.
• Handle components from micro to large with visual magnification.
• Use hand tools and pneumatic tools to assemble.
• Maintain accurate data entry for production processes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve throughput and continuous improvement.
