Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks a Microelectronics Assembler for a 6-month contract in Chelmsford, MA. You will assemble electronic components, use microscopes and test equipment, and document production data on a 4:00 PM–2:30 AM shift with potential overtime.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a keen eye for detail. US citizenship and the ability to obtain Secret clearance are required; previous IPC/ESD experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to learn J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610.
  • Basic computer skills for timekeeping and instruction access.
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with electrical or micro-electronics preferred.
  • Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies and products per work instructions.
  • Use microscopes, measuring instruments and test equipment to meet quality requirements.
  • Read and interpret assembly processes and work instructions.
  • Work with small to large components requiring visual magnification.
  • Use hand and pneumatic tools for assembly.
  • Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes and collaborate with team.

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Microelectronics Assembler to join a leading Company located in the Chelmsford, MA surrounding area. Pay: $25.00 Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Monday through Thursday, with possibility for Overtime

US Citizenship is required. Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Seeking a Microelectronics Assembler for a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA. This is an exciting contract opportunity with potential for long-term employment. If you have a keen eye for detail and have an interest in working with electronics, this is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on role. In this role, you’ll play a key part in assembling and/or testing cutting-edge products and systems in production.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products following work instructions and drawings.
  • Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
  • Read and interpret assembly process/work instructions and work instruction processes.
  • Work with microscopic to large components that may require visual magnification.
  • Use various hand tools (such as tweezers, rulers, and cutters) and pneumatic tools (such as torque drivers and screwdrivers).
  • Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve throughput and continuous improvement.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to learn J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610.
  • Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
  • Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
  • Strong work ethic and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role.

Job Requirements Minimum Security Clearance: Secret
