Base pay range

$27.04/hr - $27.04/hr

Position Responsibilities:
  • The Laboratory Technician collects microbiological sampling of beverages, syrups, and raw materials and performs sanitation swabbing utilizing aseptic techniques to prevent sample contamination.
  • This role will conduct sample plating, incubation, and monitoring to ensure production complies and is submitted to external laboratories for additional analysis.
  • You will manage microbiological laboratory supplies inventory, housekeeping, and in-house verifications of temperature and air monitoring devices.
  • Additionally, you will maintain confidential records and participate in external audits to ensure compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience.
