Job summary

Standard Process Inc. in Palmyra, WI seeks a QC Microbiology technician to test products and environmental swabs for bacteria and allergens. This role requires accurate data review in LIMS, maintenance of GMP/GLP documentation, and careful instrument calibration.

The ideal candidate has a biology/microbiology-focused degree or relevant lab experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team on multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, microbiology, chemistry or related field preferred.
• ASQ Quality Improvement Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test products and environmental swabs for bacteria and allergens.
• Review and authorize testing data in LIMS.
• Maintain GMP/GLP documentation and SOPs.
• Perform instrument verifications and calibrations.
• Support investigations of lab nonconformances.
