Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a QC Microbiologist to perform routine microbiological testing and maintain accurate data records in a GMP laboratory.

The role requires a BS in biology/biochemistry (or related) with 0–1 year microbiology lab experience, plus familiarity with safety procedures and basic computer skills. You will work with a range of lab instruments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field and 0–1 year microbiology lab experience.
• Familiarity with general laboratory safety, procedures and instrumentation.
• Excellent computer skills including Word, Access and Excel.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine microbiological analyses and interpret results under supervision.
• Record data and review documentation for completeness.
• Operate equipment listed in the job description such as pH meters, incubators, centrifuges, microscopes and ELISA kits.
• Independently set up and test products as written.
• Comply with safety and GMP requirements.
