Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma plus 5–7 years of laboratory experience.
• BS degree plus 2–3 years of lab experience (preferred).
• Experience supervising lab staff and coordinating workflows.
• Proficient in laboratory procedures and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the microbiology department.
• Schedule, supervise, and train staff.
• Perform and review analyses, data interpretation, and reporting.
• Maintain quality systems and regulatory compliance.
