Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, orient, train, supervise and evaluate staff.
• Oversee daily operations and quality management for the division.
• Supervise routine and specialized lab procedures and problem-solving.
• Develop, review and revise policies and procedures per standards.
• Coordinate Laboratory Test Directory reviews and revisions.
• Ensure adequate staffing for efficient operation.
