Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
• MT(ASCP) or equivalent certification.
• 3–5 years' experience in a laboratory subsection.

Responsibilities

• Review policies and procedures and recommend improvements as needed.
• Operate laboratory equipment, perform maintenance, calibration, and QC as required.
• Maintain CEU requirements.
• Perform patient testing accurately and troubleshoot specimen/instrument issues.
• Participate in proficiency and competency testing; support special projects.
